You may return any new unused and unopened items within 14 days of the delivery date for a refund. The customer will pay for the return shipping costs unless the items are defective.
Used items will not be accepted for returns. Items that show clear use or were damaged by playing in a game, will not be accepted for returns. If clearly used items are returned, we will donate them to charity and will not issue a refund.
If the order has already been shipped, the cost of the shipping will not be refunded. If you took advantage of the free shipping offers, our standard $9.99 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Because of the large size and weight, returns on Pickleball Sets and Horseshoes will be charged a $20 shipping fee.
There is no charge for product exchanges of equal or greater value, however returned items that have been opened may be charged up to a $10 per order restocking fee.
You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Damaged Product and Warranty Information
Our goal is to have a warranty policy that quickly replaces any damaged or defective products upon receipt. At the same time, we cannot be responsible for damage caused by normal game wear and tear. Simply put, if it is broken when you get it, we will replace it for free. If you throw the item on the ground and break it, that is your fault and no refund will be given. Based on that, we have the following policy:
When you receive your products, check them thoroughly for any damage or manufacturer defects. If the products are damaged or defective upon receipt, please let us know within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. We will also pay the return shipping costs on these damaged or defective products. However, if we do not hear from you within 14 days after delivery, we will assume the products are in good condition and not defective. Any damage to the products after that 14 day period will be considered normal wear and tear and they will not be eligible for any refunds or returns. Most of the paddle/racquet manufacturers offer a 30-90 day warranty on their products. After our 14 period is over, please contact the manufacturer for any warranty claims.
